Our Karate Programs are located at Herbert H. Carnegie Centennial Centre (Hockey Arena) – 580 Finch Ave West:

1. Kinder Karate (new in Sept. 2019):

Image00027Boys and Girls from 4 to 6 years old

Three times per week –  40 min each time

Monday, Wednesday and Friday (from 5.45 pm till 6.25 pm); at Silver Blade Room (2-nd floor) – with some exceptions (please take a look at Karate Classes Schedule below).

 

2. Kids Karate: DSC_0001

Boys and Girls from 7 to 12 years old

Three times per week –  80 min each time

Monday, Wednesday and Friday (from 6.25 pm till 7.45 pm); at Silver Blade Room (2-nd floor)  – with some exceptions

2. Youth and Family Karate:

 13+ years old Girls and Boys, Men and Women.

Three times per week – 90 min each time

Monday, Wednesday and Friday (from 7.45 pm till 9.15 pm); at Silver Blade Room (2-nd floor)  – with some exceptions

We will have bimonthly and annual cycles in all programs.


Kata

Below we present our students performing Kata (forms) usually used by them on competitions. Please be indulgent we did not rehearse that as well everything was filmed on cell phone camera. The filming was done at Crawford Adventist Academy during our training there in May-June 2015.

Kata Wansu was performed by Darina Stoitchkova (5 kyu – green belt)

Kata Wansu So performed by John Paul Catapang (6 kyu – green belt)

Kata Wansu Dai performed by Max Atanelli (5 kyu – green belt)

Kata Ananku performed by Noel Gavrilov (5 kyu – green belt)

Kata Seisan performed by Alvin Atanelli (2 kyu – brown belt)
