Our Karate Programs are located at Earl Bales CC – 4169 Bathurst St, North York, ON M3H 3P7 – Bathurst and Sheppard – (until Herbert H. Carnegie Centennial Centre (Hockey Arena) is under construction):
1. Kinder Karate:
Boys and Girls from 4 to 6 years old
Three times per week – 40 min each time
Monday, Wednesday and Friday (from 6.00 pm till 6.40 pm) at Room 1.
2. Kids Karate: 
Boys and Girls from 7 to 12 years old
Three times per week – 60 min each time
Monday, Wednesday and Friday (from 6.45 pm till 7.45 pm) at Room 1
2. Youth and Family Karate:
13+ years old Girls and Boys, Men and Women.
Three times per week – 70 min each time
Monday, Wednesday and Friday (from 7.45 pm till 8.55 pm) at Room 1
We will have monthly cycles in all programs.
Kata
Below we present our students performing Kata (forms) usually used by them on competitions. Please be indulgent we did not rehearse that as well everything was filmed on cell phone camera. The filming was done at Crawford Adventist Academy during our training there in May-June 2015.
