1. Kinder Karate:
Boys and Girls from 4 to 6 years old
Two times per week – 45 min each time

2. Kids Karate:

Three times per week – 70 min each time

3. Additional Tournament Team Training for Kinder, Kids and Youths Groups:

FRIDAY (Silver Blade Room (Second Floor)): 6.40 pm till 7.40 pm
Conditions: Everyone who wants to compete from Kinder, Kids and Youths groups. Free of charge for students enrolled in Kinder, Kids and Youths programs. Must commit to most of this trainings sessions, missing one should be for exceptional reasons (sickness, family matters of high urgency, school trip etc.). Must agree to enroll in 4 tournaments for period of October 2025 – June 2026. Have minimal fighting equipment: gloves, mouth guard, shin-footpads, groin cup (for male), helmet, chest protector and belts (red and blue). Reduced number of spots available (maximum 12 athletes).
4. Competitive Para Program – NEW

5. Youth and Family Karate:

13+ years old Girls and Boys, Men and Women.

We have monthly cycles in all programs.
NOTE: If someone wants to practice 4/5 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) on both locations, that combined option is available too.
Kata
Below we present our students performing Kata (forms) usually used by them on competitions. Please be indulgent we did not rehearse that as well everything was filmed on cell phone camera. The filming was done at Crawford Adventist Academy during our training there in May-June 2016.
